I Forget Me All
I Forget Me All...a song of love, loss, and forgotten selves. Walking through memories, whispers, and wounds until even the self fades away.
First Version (Male)
Hmmm I'm thinking of someone again Then I forget her again Forgetting her, I slowly walk In slowly walk, I forget me all, Forgetting her, I forget me all, In slowly walk, I forget me all.. Forgetting her, I forget me all, I slowly walk Mm, I forget me all Someone love whispers in my ear, And the voice of one of my dear I listen to that single talk Between that talk, I forget it all. Forgetting her, I forget me all, Mmm Someone once made me believe... It would never make me grieve I remember her lovely floak, Ho o Someone once made me believe It would never make me grieve I remember her lovely floak, And forget her all. Forgetting her, I forget me all, mm I was sad back then, lost and low, I’m still sad…that’s all I know. I hide it from everyone and mock In mock, and forget it all Forgetting all, I forget me all, Mm Some were lit, and they walked away They burned some, and loudly say I burn myself the most of all… Burning all, I forget it all. Forgetting them, I forget me all, Forgetting them, I slowly walk.. In slowly walk, I forget me all, Mmm No one truly knows me here, No care, no one is my dear, I am seeing the time on the clock, Seeing the clock, I forget them all. Forgetting them, I forget me all, Mmm My wounds healed, and I walk alone They were soft, the past is gone Awaiting the new one of rock Getting wounds of rock, I forget them all.. Forgetting them, I slowly walk In slowly walk, I forget me all… I'm thinking of someone again Then I forget her again Forgetting all, I slowly walk In slowly walk, I forget me all, Forgetting all, I forget me all, I slowly walk ho I forget me all, Mm

That repetition of "I forget me all" rooted into my heart, and then I just kept feeling it every time it was repeated... and I really enjoyed that there were two versions and really getting to feel the difference in emotions that come up for both the male and female versions 🖤🎶✨
“I forget me all,”
that refrain just keeps walking circles in my chest... soft steps, fading names, the self thinning out with every memory. gentle ache, stubborn echo.
